Natalia Savinova is an HR expert and has, for many years, served as Head of a number of HR Departments. Her particular strengths and interests are in recruitment, workforce planning and workforce development. She also works as a Coach, graduating, with honours, in professional coaching at Erickson International.
In 2015 Natalia was named in the Russian Top 1000 Managers list.
