Irina Potyomkina has extensive experience and expertise in corporate registration processes, with more than 10 years practice including the formation of companies, non-profit organizations, foreign representative offices and securities issuance. She has extensive involvement in Ministry of Justice related corporate matters and contractual work.
Irina has two diplomas from Moscow Region State University – in Civil Law and in Companies’ Management. She speaks Russian and English.
