Chris Spragg
UK Partner

As an effective management expert, Chris Spragg has worked in a range of senior positions in health and social care in the UK, leading a variety of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver challenge, change and continuous improvement.  Working with the UK’s largest children’s charity, with an annual turnover of circa £180 million, Chris established best practice examples in managing performance, improvement and change. He subsequently led two major transformational change programmes effecting 7500+ staff and providing £20m+ in benefit.

Chris first experienced Russia in 2006 when he led a small party of professionals in evaluating the largest private lyceum in Russia working with seriously disadvantaged children near Moscow. He has remained involved with the lyceum and is currently supporting them to become an accredited International Baccalaureate school.

His interest in Russia has grown and diversified and in over 60 trips to Russia in the last decade he has learned a great deal about how the perspectives of East and West can be positively aligned and integrated to create novel and effective solutions.
